The African Elephant is distinct and bears the map of Africa on it’s Ears. Quite literally holding the continent on it’s shoulders. With soft pads under it’s feet to allow it to grip and walk quietly, the African Elephant, although a giant, is also one of the quietist animals to wander through the bush.
It’s importance to the environment is unquantifiable, as it disperses seeds, does minor and major landscape of the trees and shrubs and even has the occasional late night out on the Amarula fruit.
