The ‘National Parks Guy Logo Badge’ is a small symbol that we are a part of a tribe that wishes to maintain the diversity in our world. The tag line is set above the writing for the National Parks Guy and surrounded by a partial circle.
The design is based on compass points and the Hummingbird, a small 3 inch long bird that migrates on a one way journey of nearly 4000miles. Like this little bird with colourful feathers, and the ability to hover in flight, we too can travel the world, exploring and resting and enjoying what it has to offer, wherever the points of the compass go.
Maintaining areas of land and classing them as National Parks is great and offers wonderful opportunities to learn about our surroundings, but it also symbolises a world where we can live with nature instead of against her.
Our world is an amazing playground in which we all have the opportunity to build sandcastles and experience the fresh air, and done in a way which is mindful of our planet and its resources will lead to better harmony as we all focus on working together.
This same same feeling can be felt towards humanity too, as we encourage diversity among us, and at the same time have enthusiasm towards meeting new and different cultures.
One badge to symbolise the preservation of our wildlife, our planet and all its rich diversity.
